At Service & Support we offer full warranty management services for you AV and IT equipment. We offer a dedicated helpline number for support 24/7, 365 days of the year. Our first, second and third level helpdesk support provides warranty support for your screens when it is needed the most. Our national service engineers are also on hand to repair you displays. We also have global business partners providing world wide support.
Our central UK offices in Corby are also uniquely positioned to provide logistical support and spare parts storage and management.
When providing warranty support we ensure our engineers and technicians are fully trained and experienced to repair your digital displays. All engineers are trained in Asbestos Awareness (CatA) and Working at Heights. Every engineer is also DBS (previously CRB) checked. Our engineers provide coverage full UK and Ireland coverage and our business partners provide global coverage.
